Our History

We’ve been building for WA families since 2014, completing over 120 high-end, large scale projects, so you’re in safe hands with us.

At Add Value Building Group you’re never just a number here. We have a small and efficient close-knit core team, we believe in quality over quantity, taking on only a limited number of projects each year to ensure we deliver the personalised, pragmatic and high-level service we expect to adhere too.

Our typical clients are growing families or busy professionals who need more space and want a more personal service from a building company who dies what they say they will do, when they said they would do it. We specialise in lightweight construction methods, timber or steel framing, fully insulated and clad in Masterwall or James Hardie products, to create homes that are efficient, comfortable, and built to last.

You prefer double brick, No problem. We do that too; our site supervisor Dale is a qualified master bricklayer, so keeps a tight eye on our bricklaying team.

All our projects come with a 6-year structural warranty and a 12-month workmanship warranty as standard, exceeding industry norms and giving you peace of mind. (And that’s just one of the ways we go above and beyond.

We back ourselves with fixed-price contracts and offer the option of a guaranteed move-in date.

From start to finish, you’ll deal directly with our leadership team, Ciaran, Dale, and Kris. No salespeople. No hand balling between departments.
