Got a small lot or a custom home idea that’s a little outside the box? You’ve come to the right place.

We’re best suited to clients with tricky or small building lots within 20 minutes of Perth’s CBD, who want to build a double-storey home with a bespoke design, something that doesn’t follow the standard project home mould. Our typical new build clients have budgets between $500k and $2 million and want a builder who offers a personal service, has a can-do attitude and cares about them, their home and the product that they delivering.

We specialise in lightweight construction, using timber or steel framing, clad in Masterwall or James Hardie products. Our homes are fully insulated for maximum comfort and energy efficiency. For upper floors, we often use CSR Hebel PowerFloor as a smart alternative to suspended concrete, it’s lighter, faster to install, and delivers great performance. We can design and build or build only.

Prefer double brick, No problem. We do that too; our site supervisor Dale is a master bricklayer, so keeps a tight eye on our bricklaying team.

Since 2014, we’ve completed over 15 custom new homes using these modern construction methods. With our background in complex renovations, new builds often feel like a breath of fresh air, straightforward to deliver, yet still exciting for us to create. Our typical build time for a new home is 12 months.
