Add Value Building Group was founded in 2014 by our Director and Registered Builder, Ciaran, with a simple but uncommon vision:
to build an honest, transparent company that communicates well, does what they say they will do and consistently strives for improvement.
What began as a small renovation business has grown into a trusted Perth builder completing more than 120 high-end, large-scale projects — and that original vision still guides every decision we make today.

We specialise in lightweight construction methods — timber or steel framing, fully insulated and clad in Masterwall or James Hardie products — to create homes that are efficient, comfortable and built to last.

Prefer double brick? No problem.
Although much of our work is in advanced lightweight construction, we also build in double brick and have a highly experienced bricklaying team. It’s a common request here in WA, and we’re fully equipped and confident in delivering double brick homes to the same high standard we bring to every project.

All our projects come with a 6-year structural warranty and a 12-month workmanship warranty as standard, exceeding industry norms of 4-months and giving you peace of mind.

We back ourselves with fixed-price contracts and offer the option of a guaranteed move-in date.
