We have been building in WA since 20214, and have completed over large 120 projects in WA, you are in safe hands.
Ciaran(Kieran) our registered builder is originally from Ireland, he moved to Perth in 2011, Ciaran was originally a Carpenter by trade, his dad was also a builder, he likes to say he has been on building sites since he was able to walk. Ciaran lives in Mount Hawthorn with his partner Dee, his toddler daughter Ava (Future CEO), Step son Cooper and dog Frank.
At Add Value Building Group we are customer focused, you are more than just a number here, we believe in quality over quantity and now only undertake a limited number of projects per year to ensure we provide the best service we possibly can.
We mainly build using light weight construction methods such as; timber or steel framing, fully insulating the exterior of all our projects and an included above industry normal12 month workmanship warranty as standard on all projects for client peace of mind. We back ourselves by only offering fixed price contracts and offering a move in date guarantee.
We pride ourselves in the personal service we provide and ensure that every step of your project is overseen by our registered WA builder, Ciaran. No sales people here!
