Successfully delivering large-scale architectural renovations ranging from $250k to $2 million is one of our greatest strengths at Add Value Building Group. Since 2014, we've completed over 100 renovations and additions for families across Western Australia.

Our typical clients are growing families or busy professionals who need more space but love where they live. Whether it’s a modern rear extension, a second-storey addition, or a full internal reconfiguration, we help breathe new life into existing homes while retaining their charm and function.

We're currently working on large renovations in Mount Hawthorn, Leederville, Subiaco, Nedlands, and West Perth, with exciting new projects starting soon in Wembley, North Perth, West Leederville, Shenton Park, Mount Lawley, Scarborough, and Bayswater.

We’re flexible when it comes to construction methods, whether it’s traditional double brick, modern timber, or steel framing, we are builders. While we favour contemporary Prepared by Ciaran Mullin 09/07/25 Updated 05/08/25 lightweight solutions for their efficiency and speed, we also respect and work confidently with brick when that's your preference. We can design and build or build only.
