  • We’ve completed over 120 residential projects, ranging from renovations and extensions to custom new builds and multi-unit developments.

  • No, we’re selective with the projects we take on. We want to ensure we’re the right fit for each client and that we can give your project the time and attention it deserves.

  • Yes, we do. Our design and build service allows for a smoother, more cohesive process from concept to completion.

  • Our Architect is not directly employed but is a trusted and long-term collaborator. We’ve worked closely together on many successful projects.

  • Yes, we're happy to build from plans you've already had drawn up. We’ll review them carefully to ensure everything is ready for construction.

  • Where we can, we prefer to keep as much of the existing structure as possible. Though It depends on the condition of your existing home, your budget, and your goals. We can walk you through the pros and cons of both options.

  • Clear communication and a can-do attitude. We guide you through each stage of the project, so you’re never left guessing.

  • All work is covered by statutory warranties as required under WA law, including a 6 year structural warranty and we offer 12 months on non-structural items, all manufacturers' warranties are provided at handover.

  • Most of our core trades have been working with us for over 10 years. We value long term relationships with reliable and high-quality trades.

  • We use a mix. Our site team includes direct employees and carefully selected subcontractors who meet our standards.

  • Yes, we carry all required insurances, including public liability, contract works insurance, workers comp insurance and home indemnity insurance.

  • We follow a progress payment schedule set out in the contract, aligned with key milestones of the build, for actual work completed.

  • Typically, we work with fixed price contracts, but we can also offer cost-plus arrangements in certain circumstances.

  • It depends on the extent of the renovation. In most major renovations or second-storey additions, you will need to move out for safety and practical reasons.

  • We run a financially stable business with systems in place to manage cash flow and risk. We’re also fully insured and licensed and provide home indemnity insurance for your peace of mind. For major high value projects, we can get a chartered account to provide a solvency letter, upon request.

  • Yes, we provide a construction schedule at the beginning of the project via our project management software called Wunderbuild

  • It will be a mix between Ciaran, Dale and Kris. All communication is documented via our project management software called Wunderbuild, to ensure we are all on the same page and nothing is missed.

  • The standard is monthly, though at the start this can be a bit less and at finishing stages this can be a little more frequent. We provide regular updates via our site dairy entries on Wunderbuild.

  • Absolutely. If we are in the final stages of pre-construction and we have a very serious chance of getting your project, we are happy to connect you with past clients (with their permission).

  • Yes, if we are in the final stages of pre-construction and we have a very serious chance of getting your project, we can arrange a site visit.

  • For safety and insurance reasons, we can’t allow unsupervised access to site. Site visits can be arranged with us and we’re happy to accommodate when safe and practical

  • No, he can’t unfortunately, he doesn't hold a white card, and he is too ferocious.
