This is our bread and butter, we have completed over 100 renos in WA since 2014. We specialise in large renovations, double storey additions and full interior refurbishments. We mainly build with timber or steel frame, or brick veneer, we are best suited to clients who want a high end finish for renos between $200k to $1m per project size.
We only offer fixed price contracts and we back ourselves by guaranteeing a finish date, or we pay you x amount of dollars per week until practical completion. A typical build time for us is 12 months, not 3 years.
