As an example, our multi-unit builds entail but are not limited to; a solid mass concrete slab and foundations, lightweight products such as timber or steel framing, structa-floor or Hebel as the second storey sub-floor, Masterwall or James Hardie on the exterior, a fully insulated and plaster boarded interior walls. We can offer a full turnkey package.
Multi unit builds up to $4.4m per project size. Our build times are not 3 years, we understand time is money in property development, we also do our own developments.
