Renovations is our bread and butter, we specialise in adding value to your home with well planned renovations, improvements and additions. Our team can provide a design and build service or if you already have project drawings, we can build it!

We pride ourselves on being able to deliver large “difficult" or “unique” projects. With us you are more than just a number, if we commit to your project it will be very important to us, you can expect a high level of service throughout.

We are best suited to clients with character homes, who want a high end finish, our ideal project size is between $200k to $1m per project. We only offer fixed price contracts and we back ourselves by guaranteeing a finish date, or we pay you x amount of dollars per week until practical completion. A typical build time for us is 12 months, not 3 years.

Brick homes is not our thing, we specialise in renovating character homes, building with timber or steel framing, fully insulating the walls and ceiling, we install cladding on the exterior, mainly with a James Hardie products such as Linea cladding, Fine texture cladding or Axon cladding. These building methods significantly increases the on site build time. If your design has brick feature walls, is brick veneer or retaining, of course we can build it, we just like to make clients aware that we mainly build with lightweight products.

We have a range of consultants who work closely with the team at Add Value Building Group such as; structural engineers, building surveyors, interior designers, architects, drafts people and real estate agents. This creates an efficient and quality experience, every time.
